Carolyn Stubbs; State Licensed Massage Therapist/Neuromuscular/Bodywork Therapist and Certified Reiki (ray-key) Practitioner, Second Degree.

Carolyn graduated from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine as a Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist in East Brunswick, New Jersey in 2008.  She started her over 120 clinic hours and internship/externship hours in 2007.  She graduated from the AIAM with a grade average of 99.   

Carolyn is experienced in Prenatal Massages (require doctor’s note), Hot Stones Massages, Swedish Massages, Chair Massages, Deep Tissue Massages, Reflexology, Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Energy Therapy.   Carolyn also has training in Heartsaver CPR, by the American Heart Association.    She is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

 

 In 2006 Carolyn became certified as a Reiki Practitioner, Second Degree by the International School of Reiki Training.  Reiki is an ancient Japanese “energy healing” technique used for relaxation, stress reduction and promotes healing.

 

Carolyn has great concerns for all clients and will try various modalities that she is trained in to alleviate any discomfort that the client may be experiencing.   She has great interpersonal skills and concerns for the clients over all well being and comfort.

 

In addition to Carolyn’s health care training, she has held various positions at Verizon Telecommunication, Inc.   and is a Certified Computer Technical Support Technician.

 

While employed at Verizon she has had to interact with many different vendors and staff.  After 25 years of service, Carolyn left Verizon to pursue her passion in helping others; to bring awareness of various modalities to others so that they can live their lives with less stress and/or pain possible.
